HI my daughter has cough at night last few days gp says chest clear( dd is 18m).does manuka work?

i loooovvee manuka honey. it is a miracle worker. i have a skin complaint and after years of ineffective steriod treatment, manuka has had an amazing effect in treating it. It has natural antibiotic and antibacterial properties.
def give it a go - mix it in with warm water for a drink for dd. hope she gets better soon!
