Know its a bit late but hoping someone might be able to shed some light on some very odd symptoms?! I suffer from IBS (recently diagnosed and take tablets for symptoms) but have had cramp in one calf muscle on and off since wednesday and have had sharp pain (different from IBS spasm) since yesterday an spent most of today on toilet..... felt sickish since wednesday and havent been too 'regular'. 1st anyone know any other ways of getting rid of the cramp (have tried salt, quinnine, muscle massage and exercise) and secondly anyone suffer from IBS and know if a very pin pointable pain (right hand side middle of stomach) is IBS related or if theres something else going on which I need to see a dr about on monday? Thank you
