hi all! im a newbie here..
i quit the combined pill in August last year...had a regular period up until dec last year...now..i got zilch! im 30 and diagnosed with a low BMI of 16.2. Gaining weight which is now bringing my BMI to 17.8
So i have been advised by a book and my dietitian to cut my exercise back.
I want kids in the future, but is like my boyfriend doesnt understand why im so frustrated about this
All i want is my period back!
book is 'no period, now what?' by Nicola Rinaldi..it talks about the hyperthalamus gland in your brain that basically triggers bodily functions depending on how much calorie intake you have
