Name that rash!

DS has a speckly rash (red dots) all over his chest, tummy and back, which wasn't there this morning.

He seems fine other than a sniffly nose, although he is a bit warm (but not a temperature)

Not changed washing powder etc. Any ideas?

shall keep an eye on him. it's more reassuring than me thinking 'oh my god, he hasn't had his MMR yet!' Can you tell he's my first?

Sometimes they just have 'a rash', non-specific, which just comes and then goes. We had quite a lot of that in the first year or so with ds1.
