Mole? on inner lower eyelid?

I noticed that DD has a black mark on the insdie of her lower eyelid the other day. At first I thought she had something stuck there but I can't get it out (tried to with a fine brush).

It's black - or maybe dark brown can't really tell - and about 2mm in diameter. Oval in shape.

She is not bothered by it in the slightest.

Worth going to Dr? It seems a strange place to have a mole.

You just reminded me that I used to have one of those. It appeared when I was a child, and disappeared again some years later. I hadnt thought about it for years - in fact I had to go to the mirror and check whether it was still there!
