Horrific headaches been prescribed Gabapentin

I've always been a headache sufferer and managed them with various natural remedies and massage, but lately nothing worked so dr prescribed me Gabapentin, I've noticed a slight difference in a low dose still increasing it.
However I've read some horrifying stories about this drug and it's worrying me and wondering if anyone here has an opinion on it.

Midnightgirl I have no experience myself but a friend who suffers with severe back pain found it invaluable. It eased the pain when even morphine could not. Every person is different so try it and don't let horror stories worry you.

I take the max dose of gabapentin for different reasons no real side effects and been on it over a year now. If it works for you don't worry there are always horror stories about drugs xx

I hope you find your optimum dose and that it works for you. I'm going to be moving onto something else shortly as it's not doing what I need it to. But that is very common with the reason I need it for x
