ME / CFS and loss of appetite

My appetite has been less than usual for a few weeks but yesterday I only ate breakfast, then couldn't manage anything else except water all day. This morning I wasn't hungry when I woke up despite not eating for 24 hours. I did force down half a piece of toast. I'm not expending many calories at the moment as I'm sleeping, resting in bed/ on sofa or gently shuffling around at home but it feels odd not to want any food at all. Is this normal?

Normal for me at times. Other times I can eat EVERYTHING in sight but mainly I graze.
Maybe when you're up to it stock up on grazing food, or send someone for you?

I also go through phases of drinking milk but not sure if that's related at all, or related to my fibro, as I have both fibro and CFS.

Thanks Doublethesarcasm , to be honest I can afford to lose about a stone but no more really. Making and eating food is such an effort. Normally I'm quite greedy! I'm going to try some soup later to get some nutrients.
