Ow cramps :(

What can I do to ease period pains? Have taken 2 neurofen plus but they haven't touched the pains at all. Have just had a hot bath that eased them for about 10mins, but they're back with vengence

Poor you. I find Feminax (or is it Feminex) v. effective. I used to think it was just a marketing ploy - ordinary pain killers with a different name, but if you read the ingredients it contains various other things as well. It really does the trick for me.
