Desperately need help/advice with this dreadful condition. After wrongly being treated for thrush it took 3months before lichens was eventually diagnosed. By this stage it had become almost unbearable. Itching, soreness etc. Biopsies came back clear, so no cancer.
Eumovate prescribed and symptoms subsided for a few weeks. It’s now back with a vegence !! Using Dermovate nightly and thick emollients after urination/wash. Like acid has
been poured on me. Fatigue is also causing problems. Been ongoing for 2 months now. Doctor sympathetic but need more than that. Any practical advice would be wonderful.
