What kind of a headache is this? Should I go to my go with it?

Usually when I have a headache, it's usually a fullness behind my forehead.

For the past few days I have a different type of headache. It's a pain that is on top of my scalp area above the forehead. The headache is located towards to front of the head, towards the right. It's not a constant pain. It comes and goes. The pain is not severe. It feels like I hit my head. I don't think I hit my head any time.
