Toddler cystitis??

Can a 2 yr old have cystitis? I have never had it but my dd quite often says 'stingy' and points to her nappy...I thought she meant itchy and have been putting canestan on her but it suddenly struck me today it might be cystitis - she says it when she's weeing on her potty - not always tho'

My friend's 2 yo has cystitis - you'll need antibiotics to clear it up so I would get her to the doc's if I were you.
