Fine Needle Aspiration on Nodules on Neck

I was wondering if anyone has had this procedure done? I have 2 nodules on my thyroid one of which is 2x2 cm and I have an appointment to have an aspiration carried out. I was wondering if it was painful or uncomfortable?

It is no big deal at all. I've had it done many times. Just relax.
