Odd painful spots/bumps almost not there! On fingertips and toes

I have a doctor's appt on Thursday but thought I'd ask here.

About 2 weeks ago I had a painful spot on my index fingertip. Didn't think much of it. Then noticed what I thought was a splinter so basically tried to remove it. The pain went away after that healed but the spot itself is still there. Since then 2 more have appeared on my finger tip (same one) and opposite thumb.

They are painful, and you can I let just see them in the right light. Then a couple of days after a little dot appears in the centre. I woke up this morning with one on my big toe.

I've done lots of Google searches which has thrown up warts, pompholyx, ezcema, Whitlock, hand and mouth. But none really match what mine look like.

Being somewhat of a hyperchondriac isn't helping 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm already waiting for my smear results and putting warts being HPV a bad sign (yes my mind works like that), I have a scalp condition that's not improving and 2 throbbing toes when it's cold 😢 no idea if any of it is related

Has anyone experienced this?

Could it be gout ???

It doesn't seem to resemble gout. There is no redness or swelling. They are about the size of a pen tip with a tiny pinprick dot in the centre, unsure whether it's fluid or not.

I used to get small water blisters on my fingers (never found a cause and they disappeared), they had a small amount if fluid in them when popped, could it be that?

I'm not sure they pop? I've squeezed them pretty hard 😂 they are very odd!
