My DD is 15 and really suffering with her skin. I have made a Drs appt to see what she can take but wondered if there was any pill that helped the skin but is ok for migraines?

Combined pill will be contraindicated. There may be other things other than contraceptives that can help though

I'm on the mini pill and have chronic daily migraine (take amitriptylene for this)

Dianette. I took it for 20 years.

Dianette is a combined pill and probably won't be prescribed with a history of migraines

Update we saw the Dr today and we have a prescription for Doxicylin antibiotic.
The pill was conta-indicated due to her migraines. She also has to take iron and vitamin C as her iron levels are very low. We have to go back in a month.
