Drowning in baby poop!!!!

DS is 8 months old and is clearly teething. Red cheeks, grumpy and I can see his top teeth bulging from his gums. He has diarrhoea for the last 4-5 days. He's pooping 5 times a day. It absolutely reeks and he's even doing it at night. Just after reassurance is this teething belly or a tummy bug? He's not off his food and having plenty of fluids. Also no temp.

Wouldn't worry if no other symptoms or signs of virus/illness. My son's poop always smelt like vinegar when teething

Thanks. Off to buy air freshener! I would take vinegar over manure xx
