Anyone know what this rash is on my two year old?

Hope someone can help identify what this is? He has had one or two spots all day and then after my DS’ bath tonight it was much worse in three or four places like this photo of his knee. It is itchy as well and disrupting his sleep. Thanks will try and get to the doctor or pharmacy tomorrow.

Looks like urticaria to me. Try applying a damp cool cloth to the affected area.

Looks like an allergy to me, do you have any antihistamines in?

Thank you both - I got some liquid piriton and cooling him down seemed to help. Took his PJs off as well. Fingers crossed we can get an appointment today now - the next battle.
