What is this rash on my boob? Picture included!

I have just taken my bra off and noticed this rash on my breast. Never had it before.
I'm 20 weeks pregnant. The rash is not raised or itchy.
Any ideas what it could be?

Looks like friction blisters or rash from rubbing. Is your bra too tight?

It doesn't feel it. I've just begun wearing maternity bras that I got measured for at mothercare. Do you think it could be due to wearing a different type of bra?

Looks like it's been pinched/bruised. Have you been carrying something against your chest that could have caught, or maybe a car seat belt?

Not that I'm aware of. I've confused myself now 🤦🏼‍♀️

It does look more like tiny burst blood vessels from pressure (I get something similar on my shoulder if I’ve had a heave rucksack). But you should always get breast rashes checked out by a GP. Don’t put it off, OP - I don’t want to worry you but you can’t mess around with changes to your boobs.

Hi OP was wondering if you saw your gp about your rash. I think the rash looks like petitichae so best see your doctor for a full blood test to check your platelet count is normal. Hope everything is okay
