Late period after morning after pill

Me and oh had an incident with a split condom 3 weeks ago i took a morning after pill just in case within the 72 hours. I am now 1 week late is this normal? Ill be taking a test later just in case

The morning after pill is a high dose of hormones and can shake your cycle up, yes. Take the test though, definitely! Otherwise you'll spend all your time being anxious and it could be another month yet before you come on.

(It occurs to me that I'm pretty out of date on what's in a morning after pill, not having to have had one for over two decades... so take that with a pinch of salt but definitely also take the test!)

Dh is way too laid back about it. He didnt go through the awful spd and the c section of our last baby so he doesnt seem to understand my panic. In my heart i was done having babies. Im so confused on how to feel right now.
