Stiff neck - what can I do?

I have a really sore stiff neck. I've had it about 2 weeks and every time it seems to be getting better I sleep awkwardly and it returns.

I am sure carrying baby and toddler dont help, and the main reason is probably my sleep position.

So, I am taking paracetemol and applying heat packs but what can I do to help it go and prevent it re-occurring?

Help. It really hurts

could you try going to see an osteopath?

Not sure, probably depends on where you live.. I paid 60 Euros to see one the other day. Worth looking one up in the phonebook and finding out, I would imagine..
