Stiff back - is it just old age?

Just recently, I've noticed it takes me longer to straighten up after bending forward.
Like today, I dodged rain showers and did a bit of tidying in the garden. Came to stand up straight and ohhhhhhhh! took 30 seconds to uncurl my spine slowly.
I'm 37 btw.

lol chestnutty i know how you feel. am 35 and never felt old until having ds - now 1yr old. before he began to walk i would lean over holding his hands as he toddled around the park and there were days i thought my back would never straighten properly again.
