I think I have corns on my feet, what’s the best treatment please?

I’m fairly sure that’s what they are, they’re hard lumps on each little toe and they hurt if I wear tight shoes. Is a pharmacist the best person to advise? Thank you

Sounds about right. Is there a centre dot that feels a bit "pinch-y" if you press it?
You could get corn plasters to reduce the pressure on them, or file them down with a nail file. There's different concoctions you can apply, but I believe that they damage a lot of the healthy skin around the corn. A chiropodist can cut them out.
You could actually buy a corn knife and do it yourself. Depends how brave you're feeling!

Yes, there’s a centre dot bit. I’m fine in my wide flats but eg walking boots are very painful- I never wear socks (with flats) so assume that’s what’s caused them.

Chiropodist will fix you and it’s so lovely to walk out of there corn-free.

Would also recommend a podiatrist.
