and refuses to come out! It's the 2nd front one as he lost the first one a few weeks ago. He is 6. Is there anything I can do to get it out as it literally hanging out of his mouth. We have pulled and twisted it but still nothing! Any advice appreciated!

There's the stereotypical "tie a piece of string to it and the door then slam the door". Quite honestly, I'd just leave it if you can or yank it out (has to be a yank, unfortunately).

The tooth fairy pays more for yanks if that helps you or your son.

Take hold of it with a tissue in your fingers (for grip) and then yank. Has worked for me!

Or, twine a piece of thread around it and yank (again).

Does it hurt though? Ds is a bit of a wimp

Couldn't say (long time since I lost a tooth!) but my kids usually preferred to have it out rather than dangling. Get him to close his eyes and count to 5 and yank before he gets there!

Try to get the thread between the tooth and the gum btw (if you do it that way). It really doesn't need a lot of force once it gets to that stage but you do need to be able to give it that extra bit of oomph.

Will definitely give it a go janh. Love the "tooth fairy pays more for yanks" jj!
As long as ds can buy another new bionicle I am sure he will deal with the pain
