Tummy tucks after Baby

Hi, I'm currently pregnant with baby number two, but first baby was massive (over 5kgs- 11lbs) and my stomach was pretty much ruined following size of baby and emergency section.

I just wanted to know if the below picture is 'normal' following an emergency section? Most women I have spoken to about sections have said that they don't seem to have the 'flap' of skin that I appear to have? They have a scar but no flap?

I'm not expecting to be a supermodel, but I find the fact that I have to 'tuck in' this flap of skin into my pants pretty disgusting. Equally I don't think significant exercise is going to help this and that my only option would be surgery.

I guess my question is -1) is this amount of skin flap normal following an emergency c? And 2) if anyone has had a tummy tuck after kids, was it worth it, was it significantly painful?

Thanks v much

I have it too - skin looks like a shrivelled deflated balloon. I despise it. But personally I just couldn't go through the surgery. I've had 4 c sections and they were bad enough. If I was braver I'd love to have it done. Interested to hear if anyone did.

Looks normal to me. Like mine (but you have a much trimmer body). I thought about tummy tuck then time passed and I got used to it.
