I have a swelling on my boob.

When I say Boob, it's more of the sternam/breast bone area, there is a pain around my boob, almost where the underwire is on your bra and is sore where the wire finishes, it feels bruised. Its sore to touch.
There is no lump just the swelling.
I'm due on next week and I do suffer with
costochondritis, will that be linked?
Booking an app with GP on Monday but just wanted to ask if anyone had anything like this?

I had a internal abscess on my breast which started off a a sore swollen breast. There was no head to the abscess as it was all internal. My breast was very swollen and painful to touch and I couldn’t wear a bra. It was very painful and required antibiotics.
I hope you got a doctors appointment soon.

Meant to say, my abscess was unusual as I don’t smoke, not breast feeding or diabetic. I was just unlucky
