I can't get my GP to listen

I've been having problems with my bladder for a couple of years, I was diagnosed with an overactive bladder 2 years ago & had a Botox treatment to relax my bladder which lasted about 3 months. I've suddenly out of the blue over the last 3 months started getting really bad bladder infections, my urine is like gravy with visible blood & clots in it, I get prescribed antibiotics & the blood & pain clears with the first couple of doses, I'm now on my fifth course of antibiotics. My bladder control has not been brilliant for ages but I have always managed by going to the loo before going out & not drinking for an hour before I go out, I'm on Mirabegron which should help me stay dry. Since I started with these infections I have no bladder control, I can't feel if my bladder is filling up & just get the "My bladder is going to explode" as soon as I get that feeling I start leaking large amounts of urine, I wear incontinence "pull ups" & often by the time I get to the toilet I'm drenched. I'm going through at least 4 pairs a day, when I started with this infection I used a full pack in less than 24 hours. I've tried to explain to the GP that I feel like my bladder is too low, I've had a look & think I may have a prolapse. We only have 1 female GP at my doctors & I just feel like I'm not being listened to. Would a prolapse be causing me to wet myself so much & keep on getting all these infections? I've got to the stage I'm not wanting to go out, I'm paranoid that I smell & terrified of having an accident in public.

You need to see another GP, whether that be at another surgery or an out of hours doctor when your surgery closes.

We have a walk in centre near by, it the surgery is closed it diverts to there and we are given an appointment time. Do you have anything similar?
