Can cfs make you feel a little light headed?

Can cfs make me feel slightly light headed everyday, and constantly want to lay down?

Hmm i have CFS but I think it is the postural hypotension ( low blood pressure soon after standing) and POTs that gives me this particular symptom. I was told the postural difficulties and other autonomic difficulties often go with cfs,but also can be mis diagnosed as cfs.

I have been diagnosed with CFS/ME and often feel light headed and need to sit down or lie down. I believe it is a common symptom of CFS, although I have other autoimmune and neurological conditions that could also cause it.

Do you have a diagnosis of CFS or is it something you suspect you may have?

There are many other conditions that can cause a feeling of lightheadedness. Even if you do have a diagnosis of CFS, if it is a new symptom it would be best to be checked out by your GP.
