Is popping/clicking joints a sign if arthritis?

For the past month I have noticed my joints click and pop lots when I sometimes move them. My thumb, knee, hip arm and shoulder. It seems to have come on all at once. There is no pain at all but I'm wondering if this is sign of arthritis? I'm 35.

No its not. It means the joints are moving slightly in and out of their connections. Do not deliberately click them

My physiotherapist says it’s a good sign when I click.

I’ve had a clicky knee for years - at least from my teens from what I can remember, but possibly childhood.

I now have been diagnosed with osteoporosis arthritis in that knee, and also in my thumbs. My grandmother, father and aunt have all needed knee replacements so I guess I will be keeping up the family tradition!

I turned 40 and just started falling apart overnight! Sigh!

No. I've been able to click most of my fingers and toes, my neck, back, wrists, ankles and knees since I was about 6. My knees have made horrendous grinding noise since I was 11. I'm 37 now. So far so good.
