anything I can give him to calm his tummy?? It sounds like a small thunderstorm going on inside his tummy. His poo is like water and he is sick if I try to give him anything solid.

This is the third day and I am already on fifth nappy at 10.20am!!!

He is taking small amounts of half strength milk but I wondered if there is anything I can give him that would soothe his tummy?

You can get probiotic powders for babies and use Dioralyte. If it persists the gp may be able to prescribe something like Buscopan for spasms but usually it just has to run its course (apologies for pun!)

We had it last week. Ds who is 10 months had it bad but the dr told me no milk, just water and let him eat simple stuff like plain biscuits. Then if he didnt vomit after 12 hours go onto half strength milk.

He wouldnt give dioralyte though. Said he was too young???
