My friend forgot to remove her last one and had it in two weeks before she realised. Quite how she managed that I have no idea!!!!!

not as bad as my tampon disaster...getting very drunk and completely forgetting i had my period and erm,well,luckily he was drunk too is all i can say

My friends sister did that whe she was 18 - she stank - eventually went to the doc and he examined her and pulled out a putrefying tampax - it had been up there almost a month and she truly truly reeked !

I did that once as well, a long time ago. First thing I noticed was an odd smell went to the GP and she found one I'd forgotten/lost

It was years before I dared visit that particular GP again, but time has blurred the memory...till now...

Just to add that a lost condom up there is even more embarassing (at least it is when you're 18 and feeling desperately romantic about your sex life and then the bloke goes and tells all his mates what happened...)
