Food allergy or baby acne?

Hi, all. FTM here so I'm unsure of what these spots on my LO are - whether it's allergic reaction to food or acne? She's 7months old
She's had some for a couple of days now but seemed to wake up with more just now after her midday nap. Spots feel bumpy and kinda teenage-like, poppable even. They don't seem to bother her at all though and she's as happy as ever. No spots elsewhere on her body though

Is milia not only for newborns?

I believe an allergy would be big blown up hives, it could be an intolerance but in all honesty babies can go through phases of funny skin. I'd be more concerned about tummy issues but again in babies a cold can make nappies horrendous and their guts have to get used to food gradually anyway.
