Sudden severe pelvic pain around ovulation - could it be endometriosis? can I still have a baby

Hi, I'm sorry if this is silly/paranoid rambling.

But last week I experienced severe pelvic pain, stomach cramping, nausea, rectal pressure (sorry, tmi), and toilet issues for around 3 days after ovulation. I normally get slight cramping ovulation pain so I knew I was ovulating, but this time it was extreme. I also had some pelvic pain last month around ovulation, for about 3 days, though it wasn't as bad as this month. The fact it's happened again is what concerns me.

I'm really worried it could be endometriosis and that can affect my fertility. I'm engaged and I really want to have a baby in the future and it has seriously scared me :( My periods generally aren't painful or heavy so I've never worried about it. Anyone have any experience with these symptoms? Is it most likely to be endo? I'm 22 and not yet sexually active so the symptoms can't be anything to do with pregnancy or an STD. Is it worth seeing my GP about it? any people here successfully conceived naturally with endometriosis?

thank you so much

I could have written this post myself as I experienced exactly the same this month. Like you, I do suffer every month at ovulation but this month was much worse. I never had any problems until I came off the pill early this year.

Bumping for you as I’d love to know what’s going on with me too!
