Weird pain in my arm

I have a weird sore arm. About 3 weeks ago, I leant my forearm across a shopping trolley and jumped at the pain that my arm felt. I've felt it several times since by doing the same sort of thing, also leaning on the table hurts.
It's on/in the bone near the elbow but weirdly if I rub where it is I can't feel at all it's only when I somehow lean on it.
Occasionally now I can feel it a bit sore when I'm not leaning on it, there's no swelling or anything I can see or feel but I don't know what it could be.
Any ideas anyone please?

Cubital tunnel issues maybe?
If you rest your elbow on a desk with your hand up (like you're going to rest your head on it) does the pain happen then? And do you have any numbness or tingling in your last two fingers on that side?
If it's cubital tunnel the NHS won't do much anything.

No, my elbow's fine. It's when I lay my arm flat across the table, so it's parallel to my body (left hand pointing to right boob)
Thanks for the response though, I'm a bit concerned but feel a bit silly thinking about a dr appointment for a pain he won't be able to find
