Just that really. Had a cough about ten days - ok so I had a cold previously so it might be related to that. It’s not bad - just occasional. That on its own wouldn’t bother me, but for the last few weeks or since the start of November I seem to have been noticing my breathing more- as if it’s a bit harder to do things that it wasn’t before. Eg- carrying toddler up the stairs. I’m not massively out of breath but it makes me breathe faster in a way I don’t think I noticed before. The weird thing is that doing actual exercise is fine- it’s not stopping me from doing anything exactly.
I’ve also got a slight burning in my throat from time to time- bit like heartburn and feel a bit chesty.
Of course, doctor google comes up with lung cancer 😳 which I’m especially sensitive to as one of my close friends died of it last year age 38
. My parents were also massive smokers so I was exposed to very high levels of cigarette smoke as s child so my lungs are probably screwed.
Going to see the gp on Monday, but I’m worried. I have little kids. I can’t leave them yet.
Someone stop me from panicking. Please.
