3 yr old been complaining of tummy ache for a week but conveniently seemed to be when she wanted carrying so has been basically ignored

has also been pooing and weeing around the house despite having perfect self-toileting for about 4 months (slight intermittent diarrhea)

So yesterday she fell asleep on couch at 4.10pm woke up at 5.20pm and whinged .. then became disorientated and floppy.. high temp (39.2) gave nurofen .. complaining of tummy ache .. but it isn't tender to the touch

By time NHS direct called back she was jumping around like normal but still hot

All night spiking temps .. nurofen .. woke up at 6.30 with 39.9 temp .. more nurofen (yes I know I can give calpol too) and complaining of tummy pain

doctors at 10.50

arrghhh .. what do you think is wrong ... and will chocolate assuage guilt

Awww poor small twig

At least shes got the ab's. She should feel better tomorrow when they've kicked in.
Have you got any cranberry juice? If she'll drink that, its good for UTI's. She might prefer it watered down though.

As for ultrasounds, normal here too. My friends dd has just had one. They said they had to rule out Kidney Reflux.

I have a Duplex Kidney and had a gizillion UTI's and ultrasounds for it.
