I am veggie but through a food phobia rather than on principle.
I have started to take Omega 3 capsules as well as multi vitamins as i feel i am not getting an adequate diet.
Last night had very upset stomach 4 hours after taking them and have had sore tummy all day.#
Tonight all i keep getting is the taste of kippers repeating on me
Should this happen?

isn't flax seed high in the omegas? might be better for your veggie tummy too?

Peachy · 21/06/2007 22:38

It can happen yes

try a liquid formula- boots do one, or something like eye-Q (both recommended to me by a nutritionist just today). Boots is a kids one but thats OK, ilkshake flovoured but apaprently NOT full of nasties.

Hi I take mine as an oil which I put into a drink. I have no probs with it since the oil comes from hemp, flax, pumpkin etc. I think it might be a food DR one, I recommend it
