I need a comfort object at work

I work in a grim warehouse a couple of days a month. It's stark and noisy and I'm alone.
I can't listen to music, which would help.
It's not good for my mental health.
Any ideas?

A nice necklace. I’ve got a necklace that means a lot to me (not fancy or expensive) and often find myself twiddling it when I’m stressed at work.

Spray a soft scarf liberally with your favourite scent, or someone else's. I once sprayed a relative's distinctive perfume on a scarf when i visited her,to recall the scent and then had an awful homeward train journey. Smelling the scarf really comforted me.

I have bought myself a cuddly Peter rabbit keyring- he is so cute and soft in fits neatly in my hand, but still a keyring.
I am still looking for a nice mug all the shops are stuffed with christmas things, it's harder to find things that aren't festive.
I might get an advent calendar though.
