Weird bug?! Sore throat and sore tummy

I’ve been feeling awful today with a really sore throat and a really sore tummy. Not a tummy ache, just really really sore. Slightly upset stomach but don’t think it’s a tummy bug as I don’t feel sick and feel almost hungry.

Has anyone else had the same thing? It’s most peculiar.

My DD had something like this a couple of weeks ago. No sickness or diarrhoea, just stomach pain plus a sore throat and a bit hot and clammy. She came down with it on a Sunday night, had Monday off school and apart from a diminished appetite was fine by Tuesday. It was weird.
