Is this a urine infection?

Never had one before but this is horrible whatever it is . Started on Sunday evening and symptoms are:

1. Desperately needing to pee but hardly anything coming out
2. When I do pee, at the end it’s a horrid sensation, like burning which is making my eyes water
3. generally feeling coldy

Have had 4 of a 6 sachet course of cystopurin but it’s msking no difference. Time for GP??

Thank you, I’m feeling a lot better. First uti and what a bastard it’s been ! Sympathies to anyone who’s had to endure this, just horrid. Antibiotics are a wonder of modern medicine
