Does anyone else feel dry (hair, skin and mouth) and sweaty (armpits) by mid-afternoon??

I always start the day up until noon-ish, feeling fresh, not sweaty/smelly and having non-dry hair, skin and mouth.

Yet about 30 minutes or so after lunch (regardless of what I eat), my mouth feels dry (and icky smelling), hair suddenly feels crunchy and dry (and rat tail like separated strands) (I don't use gel or anything in it), skin's a bit dry and I feel very warm and have sweaty armpits. Does this happen to anyone else? Any way to prevent it?

I drink a lot of water (I don't drink coffee ever) and have a generally healthy diet (although high protein, low carb) but I can remember having this problem since forever.

It sounds like it's diet related. Do you skip breakfast and eat barely any carbs then by lunchtime you'll be having ketosis symptoms. Just speculating from what you say.
