Breastfeeding and I've got a nasty cold- what can I take?

Feeling rotten. Can I take lemsip? Paracetamol? Nurofen? The natural remedies like honey / salt in warm water just aren't cutting it and my little one is particularly needy too today. Help Confused

Not Lemsip or anything with decongestants in however you can take paracetamol and ibuprofen. For the full Lemsip experience put a soluble paracetamol in hot Ribena!
