Red spots/ rash all over arms and legs

Please anyone have an idea what this can be. Started at my feet and is all over my arms and legs. Is quite itchy and sore aswell..!

An allergy? Try a piriton. Although my DS's hand, foot and mouth looked a bit like this- around arms, legs and bottom.

Thanks. I had a piriton last night and one today. Gonna see how I get on. I actually know someone who’s granddaughter has hand foot and mouth at the moment so it is going round. But I don’t really feel that I’ll?
