Very red and itchy bottom area - sorry TMI

Sorry if it's a bit TMI. My bottom area has been red and itchy on and off for years now and I stave it off with anusol HC and also Trimovate. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for natural / herbal remedies or creams they had tried with any success?

I don't know why it is so red but it is all the way along the inside of my bum cheeks and is a right nuisance.

Your best bet is to go to your doctor, it could be a number of things but you don’t want to muck about with things that may or may not sort it. Go and find out what’s wrong.

I know I should....I hate people looking at my bum though - it's not something I want to put people through!

If your bum is the worst thing your doctor has looked at, they've lived a very sheltered life!

It's their job, they've seen it all before. They are the professional - get help!

Have you not had it swabbed to find out what it is?
