Mainly on bottom and girly bits. I thought at first it was nappy rash, not usual nappy rash (altho rarely had this), but proper spots, lots of them, some with little white heads. It is all around the entire area where he nappy is, across her lower back, on the top of her thighs, lots of it.

I thought it was likely to be the fact that I used huggies in the last few days, I always use naturebaby ones but had to buy some in a shop that did not sell them, and thought I might as well use them. However, I have noticed today, that along with the rash getting worse an her nether regions, ther are also some spots acrossw her back, down the back of her legs, couple on arms. They are fainter here, but nevertheless, they are there.

Her mood is fine, she was vey off yesterday like shae has never been before, and not sleeping as long as usual, but today, in her normal mood, although a bit clingy (just put that down to her changing daily).

Any ideas? Is it an allergy rash? She has only been in nappy today, and also spent a lot of time with nothing on at all, until DP gets back with usual nappies.

Also bought huggies wetwipes, thought it might be these too, as she has spots elsewhere, however, she has no spots on her face or hands, or that many on arms and she has been filthy yesterday and today so used them a bit (although I have been using her usual ones too as I am back home, needed the others as I was away from home)

Ds sometimes get this type of rash (very minor though) if he had acidic foods like tomatoes. You might be right, her skin might not like the chemicals in Huggies!

you just reminded me, she did get a more minor version of this around her actual backside when she first had tomatoes, but we stopped tomatoes for a month, it cleared immediately. When we gave her them again, she has been fine. Does not have them too often.

I shall try to think of what else she might have tried that is new...only thing that has been different, and continious, which I am guessing it must be if rash is increasing, is her nappies and wipes...
