I haven't slept properly since week 10 of my pregnancy - now week 26 tomorrow, except when taking sleeping tablets, which I have been on and off due to my concerns that they may affect the baby. I have unsuccessfully tried hypnotherapy and acupuncture and the last month have seen a psychologist 3 times to pour out repressed feelings which I think has really helped. I'm still not able to fall into deep sleep though without medication.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced such a problem and what you might have done to turn things around?? I am so fearful that I will never get a sleep rhythum back again.
