Anyone else had this feeling of motion sickness before with a mixture of the feeling of a bad hang over ? (But without drinking ) Mornings are the worst I feel so unsteady on my feet and very fatigued and a bit giddy, feeling like I could sleep forever .. come around 5 Pm I start to wake up and feel a bit Normal
Should I see a doctor or wait it out
Thanks

Ear infections can make you feel like that or vertigo I would get checked out

PurpleWithRed · 06/11/2018 09:00

Could be labrynthitis, or another ear infection. Worth checking with doctor, although it may be viral - I just had to ride mine out.

Ever been pregnant before? Sounds about right for the first few weeks/months.

Could be Labrynthitis - I sympathise as it’s a horrible feeling.

B12 deficiency makes me feel dizzy and disorientated. See if you GP will do some blood tests

SpoonBlender · 06/11/2018 09:28

Doctor. There's lots of possible causes, so get it checked properly.
Keep your fluid intake up, that can sometimes help with the symptoms (and is a generally good idea).

I was thinking labrynthitis as well. Sickness, spinning, foggy head and unsteadiness. That's how it's affected me in the past.

Pompeygirl80 · 06/11/2018 09:44

Thank you , I was thinking it could be labrynthitis aswell :( had this before 10 years ago and lasted 6 weeks ... the tablets they put me on didn’t help I just had to ride it out
Definitely not pregnant . I just didn’t want to go to doctors just to get fobbed off and told it’s viral but I guess I will have to as I’m a single mum to 5 and struggling

Again I've had similar symptoms and put them down to viral. Had blood tests etc as it just dragged on and on some days I would be OK and some a few of the symptoms would return. Better to see the GP in any case even if you know that they will say virus!
