Silicolgel for reflux- anyone got any positive feedback

Battling with lpr / gerd symptoms. I have read an advertisement for silicol gel and wondered if anyone would recommend please. Zantac and nexium not helped and desperate

I found it helped my lpr as long as I took a big enough dose, so worked out expensive. Also caused constipation ++ .
Gaviscon Advance before bed worked well but had to keep taking it. It forms a thick layer and stops stomach contents refluxing upwards. Only drawback is you can't drink anything after as even water breaks the layer up and stops it working.
these probiotics I got the high strength ones, completely cured my lpr. Had tried various probiotics before which didn't help.
Took about a month to start to get better.
Got worse when I first started taking them (herx reaction due to bad bacteria being killed off).

6 months later still cured no stomach problems at all, amazing

Thanks Mason I will definitely try some of those as I'm desperate. I can't believe how ill it's making me feel
