Exercise at home- any ideas?

My DS is 11 months old and after a long wait I've lost all the weight, in fact I'm a stone light than pre-preg.

BUT I really need to tone up, any ideas of things I can do at home? I don't want to waste money on equipment if possible. I do have a gym ball but have no idea what to do with it!

Would really appreciate some suggestions

(Off out now for a few hours but will check back)

Pilates - just started it and can see things happening; it strengthens your core muscles and is non impact!! I have a bad back so find gym etc too hard, you can use the ball but it's too difficult for me. I have a book that I don't want as I prefer doing it in a class but if you mail me your address I could send you the book...it's sitting in the loft doing nothing so if you think it would help I'd love to see it go to a good home!

That's really kind of you! I would love it please, I'll send you postage.

I too have a bad back so it sounds ideal
