Missing monthlies

I haven't had a period for 4 months. I'm 41 so too young for menopause? I haven't had sex since november, and had normal ones up to feb, march one was only 2 days (normal 5-7 days) No symptoms of pregnancy (except I do get a wind feeling/muscles spasm that sometimes feel like kicking but I have had that on and off for years. I have had treatment after a dodgy smear but not had a follow up yet (I'm over due but not too much)

No idea what is going on getting a bit concerned now. I now need to go drs but finding the time is virtually impossible. Anyone lost their monthlies for no apparent reason and should I be really worried?

could be menopausal even at 41, have heard of it before, blood test can confirm it

Could be menopause, my mum was 42 when she started hers.
