Teeny bit of blood in ds's nappy. Can it wait until Monday or might it be something a bit serious?

DS is 20 months. I noticed the tiniest tinge of something in his nappy the other day but wasn't sure if it was blood or not. Today there is a bit more and it's definitely blood which I have identified as coming from his penis. It doesn't seem red or anything and doesn't seem to be bothering him. It is pretty dilute, but I don't know if it's diluted with urine or something else.

Do I just wait until Monday and phone to doc or should I be on to NHS 24? Any words of wisdom?

Thanks for your replies. I think I will see how it goes. He is not bothered by it in the slightest. I will phone if it gets worse, otherwise I will wait until Monday morning.
