I have been on a very healthy diet for 3-4 weeks now,.No dairy wheat caffeine etc lots of veg and after week 2 I started to feel amazing.Lost 6lbs and generally feel well which is a miracle with all my health issues.But today pmt struck and I ate 3 shortbreads and a packet of crisps.So p'd off with myself and the carbs rush has made me feel starving so am back to square one
